Ramayana.com

Support

Write to contact@bhagavadgita.io and a person will reply. For the app, please tell us your phone model and what you were reading. For the website, the page address and what you expected to see is enough.

Reporting an error in the text

Every verse on Ramayana.com follows a named printed edition. If a word or a meaning looks wrong, send us the page address and the verse number. We compare it against the printed page and correct it, and the correction flows to the app in its next update. This is the most useful thing a reader can do for us.

Common questions about the app

How do I change the language of the meaning?

Open Settings and choose Meaning language.

How do I make the text larger?

In the reader, tap the text size button, or open Settings and choose Text size.

How do I save a verse?

While reading, tap the bookmark at the top. Saved verses are in Settings under Bookmarks.

Does the app need the internet?

No. The full text is inside the app and works offline.

Where does the text come from?

The Ramcharitmanas follows the Gita Press editions, and every source is credited in the app under Settings, About, and on this site under Acknowledgements.

Common questions about the website

Can I read offline?

Yes. On Android, open the browser menu and choose Add to Home screen or Install app. On iPhone, tap Share and then Add to Home Screen. Pages you have read open without a connection.

Is there a PDF?

No. The whole text is here, free, on pages that are easier to read on a phone than a scanned PDF. If you want the book, buy it from Gita Press. The link is under every page.
